About the Author
Master Ahn Gyeong-jeon, the Jongdosanim (“Supreme Master”),
is the leader of Jeung San Do. Jeung San Do’s beliefs and
practices have run in the family of Master Ahn for three generations,
beginning with his grandfather’s entrance into the dao
movement of Jeung San Do in its early period, and continuing
onward with his father and himself. Master Ahn Gyeong-jeon
attained a great awakening early in his childhood thanks to the
guidance of his grandfather and father. Since then, he has devoted
his life to spreading Jeung San Do across the world and educating
the public. In the 1970s, Master Ahn Gyeong-jeon, with
his father, Master Ahn Un-san, initiated the present-day Jeung
San Do movement.
The dharma lineage of Jeung San Do was passed down from
Jeung-san Sangjenim to Taemo Go Subunim and was ultimately
transmitted to Master Ahn Gyeong-jeon. He is currently the sole
legitimate dharma heir of Jeung-san Sangjenim.
